When you file the 0958, Notice of Disagreement, you'll receive an acknowledgment which will ask you if you want the "traditional or DRO process." To stay local, ask for s DRO review.

I requested a DRO review in person and it took 3 more years for the hearing. The result was a denial. I did not know they can refuse to give you a DRO.

I got my denial March 3 this year. Submitted NOD March 13 (they received it then) and 2 days ago I got my SOC saying that the DRO Review was conducted and they still deny me. So now I have 60 days...
